摘  要:以Al2O3、Y2O3和Nd2O3为原料,采用固相反应工艺,在高温下真空烧结制备出Nd:YAG透明陶瓷。采用X射线衍射仪、扫描电镜等仪器对样品的物相和微观结构进行表征和分析,通过导热仪来测定热扩散系数,进行热学性能分析。研究表明:当温度达到1500℃以上,原料反应完全,生成纯立方相YAG;烧结温度1730℃左右时,烧结的陶瓷晶粒分布均匀,形貌规则,致密度高,气孔率低;烧结品的平均晶粒尺寸8μm以上时,热扩散系数较高;此外1.0 at%Nd3+掺杂样品的热扩散系数高于1.3 at% Nd3+掺杂样品。Nd:YAG transparent ceramic was prepared by the solid-state reaction sintering method with Al2O3、Y2O3 and Nd2O3 powder as raw materials at high temperature. The morphology and structure of the sintered samples were characterized by XRD,SEM. Thermal diffusivity of Nd : YAG transparent ceramic was determined by thermal conductivity analyzer. Cubic phase YAG was produced with the complete reaction of starting materials, when the calcination temperature was over 1500 ℃. Nd:YAG ceramic with homogeneous grain size distribution and dense microstructure was prepared at 1730 ℃. When average grain size was greater than 8 μm, the sample had better diffusion thermal conductivity, which decreased with the Nd3+ doping concentration.
