摘 要:采用溶胶-凝胶法用无水氯化铝、碱式碳酸锆、醋酸钇等原料合成了Al-Y-TZP多晶陶瓷连续纤维。通过分析FT-IR测试证明制备出的前驱体纤维是多晶连续纤维,对XRD图像分析,并结合EDS能谱分析,推测出Al2O3的存在于Zr O2晶粒之间。初步研究了高温煅烧后陶瓷纤维的微观结构变化,证明了Al2O3的加入对Y-TZP陶瓷纤维的晶粒长大有抑制作用,对改善纤维性能有很大的帮助。Al2O3的引入可以在一定程度上改善纤维的力学性能,最大抗拉强度可以达到1.2 GPa,这使纤维的应用范围进一步的扩大。Aluminum-Yttrium-Zirconia polycrystalline ceramic fibers were prepared by sol-gel method using Anhydrous aluminum chloride,Zirconium,oxycarbonate,and Yttrium acetate as raw materials. The polycrystalline ceramic fibers structure was proved by analysis FT-IR of precursor fibers,and the Alumina was exist between ZrO2 grain, analyzed by XRD and EDS. The microstructure changing of ceramic fibers after calcined at high-temperature were also investigated, the results show that the add of Alumina will control the grain grow of Yttrium-Zirconia fibers,that would be great helpful to improve the property of the fibers. The add of Alumina will improve the mechanical properties of the fibers. The biggest tensile strength can reach 1.2 GPa and this will extend the application of the fibers.
