二氧化锡基热电陶瓷的制备及性能

摘  要:以Sn O2和Ba CO3为主要原料,以Na2CO3、Y2O3以及Sb2O3为外加剂,采用热压烧结方法制备了二氧化锡基热电陶瓷样品。探讨了不同添加剂对二氧化锡基热电陶瓷样品热性能的影响规律。结果表明:当热压烧结温度为1400℃,实验制备的二氧化锡基热电陶瓷样品的性能最好,其电导率为193.2Ω-1·cm-1,电阻率为0.042Ω·m,seebeck系数为-185.6μV/K,热导率为5.1 W/(m·K)。Tin dioxide based thermoelectric ceramics were prepared with hot pressing sintering method by using SnO2 and Ba CO3 as the main raw material; Na2CO3, Y2O3 and Sb2O3 as additive raw materials. The influence law of the additives on the thermoelectric properties of tin dioxide based thermoelectric ceramics were studied. Results show that when the sintering temperature is 1400 ℃, the prepared tin dioxide based thermoelectric ceramics can achieve the best properties. The electrical conductivity is 193.2Ω-1·cm-1, the resistivity is 0.042 Ω·m, the seebeck coefficient is-185.6 μv/K and the themal conductivity is 5.1 W/(m·K).
