摘 要:采用液相包裹法制备了ZrO2/Al2O3纳米复合粉体,粉体物相纯净、两相分布均匀、颗粒细小、分散性良好,以自制的粉体为原料,无压烧结ZTA(ZrO2 Toughening Al2O3)复相陶瓷材料,并研究其力学性能与微观结构。结果表明,ZTA陶瓷具有独特的微观结构,氧化铝晶粒呈片状、等轴状和长柱状三种形态,陶瓷力学性能得到改善,其弯曲强度和断裂韧性分别达到495 MPa和6.15 MPa·m1/2。The ultra fine zirconia/alumina powders were prepared by the liquid-phase boating method.The nanopowders with fine particle were pure and well-dispersible.Using the self-prepared powders,ZTA composites were fabricated by pressure free sintering.The microstructure and the mechanical properties of ZTA composites were analyzed in this work.The results showed that the microstructure of ZTA composites was unusual and the alumina began to crystallize platelike and elongated grains.The bending strength and fracture toughness of ZTA can reach 495 MPa and 6.15 MPa·m1/2 respectively.
