摘 要:将传统的降温方式和新的烧结理论相结合,进行探讨釉料中Zn O含量变化时对釉的DSC-TG图、SEM图、软化温度的影响。结果发现,在基础实验釉料的基础上,Zn O含量低于14.23%时,利于低温成釉,Zn O含量达到33.23%时,釉料难熔融,不利于成釉;SEM表征分析表明,釉料中Zn O含量为14.23%时,640℃烧结冷却,会有未熔融的石英颗粒出现,Zn O含量继续增加,640℃烧结冷却,会有大量不均匀的晶体出现;釉料软化温度测试结果表明,Zn O含量在7.5~14.23%间,釉料的软化温度几乎没有变化,Zn O含量为22~25%之间,釉料软化温度出现升高趋势,但Zn O含量达到33.23%时,釉料的软化温度出现急剧下降。the content of the ZnO changes were discussed on glaze of DSC-TG figure,SEM figure and softening temperature of the glaze by the traditional cooling methods and new sintering theory.Found that It is useful for the low temperature glaze that the content of the ZnO is lower than 14.23% and It is difficult for the glaze that the content of the ZnO is higher than 33.23%.SEM analysis show that there will be not fused silica particles that the content of the ZnO in the glaze was 14.23% at 640 ℃ and there will be a lot of uneven in the glaze cooling crystals appear when the content of the ZnO continues to increase at 640 ℃.Glaze softening temperature test results show the softening temperature of the glaze has changed little that the content of the ZnO is between 7.5% and 14.23%.when the content of the ZnO is between 22% and 25%,the softening temperature of the glaze rise trend.But when the content of the ZnO is reached to 33.23%,the softening temperature of the glaze appears fell sharply.
