宝庆府古城墙保护规划与邵阳城市发展的关系

摘　　要：中国古代的城市营造中,城墙是重要的构成要素之一,对城市起到界定、防御、统辖等作用。当今,随着城市化进程的快速发展,城市规模也日益扩张,历史城市的格局愈发难以满足现代城市发展的要求。历史城市遗留下来的城墙也逐渐丧失了原有的功能,成为一种珍贵的历史文化遗产,在城市中的角色由最初的功能实体转变为文化标志了。因此,如何保护和传承历史城市留存下来的文化遗产,也是今天历史文化城市建设与发展的一个难以回避的问题。本文旨在通过邵阳市宝庆府的历史变迁,阐述宝庆府古城墙保护与城市发展的关系,探讨文化遗产对于历史文化名城的意义,进而对宝庆府古城墙的保护规划提出新思路。City wall was one of the essential components of city construction in old times.It played a crucial role for the definition,administration and defense of the city.However,with the rapid and constant urban expansion,historic cities configured by walls nowadays are not able to meet the demands of modern development and construction.As a result,historic city wall has lost its original role and become historic heritage,transforming from functional substance to cultural symbol.Therefore,conserving and inheriting the remained historic wall has been an inevitable challenge during current urban development.This study reviews the historic transformation of old Baoqing Prefecture and today Shaoyang City,and reveals the relationship between city wall conservation and current urban development.We explore the significance and impacts,triggered by the conservation of the city wall,on the future development of current Shaoyang City's layout,and pose new solutions to the conservation planning of Baoqing city wall.
