云健康模式在南疆卫生医疗体系流程再造中的推广与应用

摘　　要：目前国内医疗资源整体分布不均,需要运用现代的科技方式对医疗体系进行流程再造,建设一个链接初级医疗到三级医疗单位之间的医疗单位服务群,运用云技术作为支撑建设成熟的合作型医疗服务体系。通过对国内医疗资源使用现状的梳理,从确定流程再造目标、大数据云健康模式的IT解决方案、远程医疗一体化的医疗网络系统建设、云健康模式的医疗体系框架结构与实现功能、依托云平台的移动终端设备体系等方面阐述了基于云健康模式在医疗服务体系流程再造中的模式构建,并详细介绍了云健康在南疆区域医疗体系流程再造的应用实践。Based on the status quo of irrational allocation of health resources, it needs to reengineer healthcare process supported by modern science and technology to link primary healthcare and tertiary hospital and to rebuild a coordinated healthcare provision system. According to the analysis of health resources utilization, how to build cloud health based healthcare process reengineering and its application are introduced in aspects of the goal, IT support, integrated remote healthcare system construction, cloud health based healthcare system framework and its function and Mobile terminal equipment system.
