肿瘤医院健康宣教工作的实践与体会

摘　　要：中国医学科学院肿瘤医院多年来通过加强组织领导、明确职责任务、完善设备配置、构建金字塔式团队、制定激励机制等举措,开展各种各样健康宣教活动,为广大患者和家属普及防癌抗癌科普知识,帮助他们科学认识癌症,树立癌症可防可治的正确观点,培养其乐观向上的生活心态,拥有健康良好的生活方式。认为健康宣教对医院的发展有着重要的意义,通过健康宣教可提高医院的社会影响力,增强对外形象,为医患沟通提供了平台,为受众提供了健康知识,提高了受众对疾病的认识水平,促进了医务人员医疗技术的不断提高。Various health education has been carried out in cancer hospital by strengthening leadership, clearing roles in functional department, completing facility, training human resources and implementing incentive mechanism to popularize common knowledge of cancer prevention and treatment, build correct awareness and help shaping healthy life style. It shows that health education has played important role on hospital development, improving social impact of hospital, promoting doctor and patient communication, popularizing the knowledge of cancer prevention and treatment and also improved doctor's capacity.
