优化护理管理对肾癌根治术患者疗效及并发症的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨优化护理管理对肾癌根治术患者临床疗效及并发症的影响。方法选取2016年9月至2018年5月间陕西省汉中市中心医院收治的100例肾癌根治术患者,采用随机数表法分为常规组和优化组,每组50例。其中,常规组患者采用常规护理管理,优化组患者采用优化护理管理。比较两组患者的护理效果、并发症以及护理满意度。结果常规组患者的总有效率为78. 0%,优化组患者为92. 0%,优化组高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。常规组患者的并发症总发生率为18. 0%,优化组患者为4. 0%,优化组低于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。常规组患者的护理满意度为86. 0%,优化组患者为98. 0%,优化组高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论优化护理管理对肾癌根治术患者有积极影响,可提高临床疗效与护理满意度,且可减少并发症,值得推行。Objective To explore the effect of optimized nursing management on the clinical efficacy and complications of radical nephrectomy in patients undergoing radical nephrectomy.Methods One hundred patients undergoing radical nephrectomy for renal cancer at Hanzhong Central Hospital from September 2016 to May 2018 were selected and randomly divided into an optimization group and a routine group with 50 patients in each group according to the random number table method.Optimized nursing management was implemented in optimization group and routine nursing management was given in the routine group.The nursing efficacy,complications and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The overall efficacy rate was 78.0%in the routine group,and 92.0%in the optimized group(P<0.05).The overall incidence of complications was 18.0%in the routine group,which was lower than 4.0%of the optimized group(P<0.05).The satisfaction with nursing was 86.0%in the routine group,and 98.0%in the optimized group(P<0.05).Conclusion Optimizing nursing management has a positive impact on patients undergoing radical nephrectomy.It can improve clinical efficacy and nursing satisfaction,and can reduce complications,and it is worth promoting.
