摘 要:采用蓝光芯片涂敷黄色钇铝石榴石(Yttrium Aluminum Garnet,YAG)荧光粉封装制成白光LED,详细讨论了荧光粉的主波长对白光LED色坐标的影响,同时考察荧光粉涂敷浓度对光效、显色指数的影响。结果表明,随着荧光粉涂敷浓度的增加,制得的白光LED的色坐标x和y可以回归成1条直线,主波长越短的荧光粉其回归直线斜率越大,回归直线相交于蓝光芯片的色坐标点;白光LED的光效和显色指数均随荧光粉涂敷浓度的增加先增加再减少。White LEDs are prepared by the blue LED chips coated with yellow yttrium aluminum garnet(YAG) phosphors. The influence of phosphor's dominate wavelength on the color coordinate of white LED is clearly discussed, and the infl uence of the coated concentration on the luminous effi cacy and the color rendering index are studied. It was shown that the color coordinate x and y of the white LEDs returned to a straight line with the increase of the concentration of YAG phosphors, and that the shorter the phosphors dominate wavelength was, the greater the slope of the straight line was. These straight lines met at the point of the color coordinate of the blue LED chip. The luminous effi cacy and the color rendering index of white LEDs fi rst increases and then decreases with the increase of coated concentration.
