摘　　要：为提升耗能产品的环境绩效,控制生态环境污染,欧盟对出口到欧洲地区的照明产品在原来的测试标准基础上增加了协同指令。从能效方面对照明光源相关指令中的要求做了解读,为广大企业理解指令实施细则,应对国际贸易中的技术壁垒,提升自身市场竞争力提供参考。In order to enhance the environmental performance of the energy consuming products and control the ecological environment pollution, the European Parliament and the Council added synergy directive on the basis of the original test standard for lighting products exported to Europe region. This article interprets the associated energy efficiency directive requirement for lamps, helps the majority of the enterprises to understand the details of the directive and cope with technical barriers in international trade, provides references to improve their market competitiveness.
