摘　　要：我国经济社会的快速进步,高等教育的改革发展,以及当今世界经济、政治格局的巨大变化,对大 学生群体产生了重要影响,给学生思想政治工作带来了许多新的情况和问题。理论创新、思路创新、机制创新、 内容创新、方式方法创新、人才创新是新形势下高校学生思想政治工作取得实效的重要保证。Great progress made in economic and society, development of higher education and great change of the pattern of economic and politic in modern world not only exert their important influence on college students but bring lots of new problem to the ideological and political work of students. The innovations of theory, thinking, system, content, working style, and personnel are the guarantee to acquire factual results from the ideological and political work of students in higher education in this new situation.
