摘　　要：目的:为了保障医院信息系统的安全运转及医疗数据的安全存储、利用,提高医院信息系统的安全性和稳定性,加速互联网+"医疗"模式的推广。方法:本文通过对医院信息系统安全现状的综合分析,针对信息系统各业务流程、硬件设备、数据存储等存在的安全隐患,运用先进的安全防护技术,制定出医院信息系统安全建设方案和策略,建设完善的安全管理制度。结果:为医院信息系统安全建设和管理提供完整的技术方案。结论:通过对医院信息系统安全建设与管理的研究和探讨,使医院信息系统安全在日益严峻的形势下,通过安全保护策略,实现系统安全稳定的运行,保障系统数据信息安全性、完整性、高可用性。objective: in order to ensure the safety of the hospital information system and the safe storage and using of medical data,improve the security and stability of hospital information system,accelerate the promotion of 'Internet+ medical model'.Methods: this article makes the safety construction plan and strategy of hospital information system and builds a perfect safety management system by the comprehensive analysis of the present situation of hospital information system security,using the advanced security protection technology for the hidden trouble of information system's various business processes,hardware devices and data storage. Results: to provide a complete technical solution of the security of hospital information system construction and management. Conclusion: to realize the hospital information system's safe and stable operation,ensure the safety,integrity and high availability of system data information by the security protection strategy in an increasingly grim situation by the research and discussion of the hospital information system's safety construction and management.
