化瘀祛湿冲剂对Ⅲ型慢性前列腺炎生活质量的影响观察

摘　　要：目的探讨化瘀祛湿冲剂治疗Ⅲ型慢性前列腺炎有效性与安全性。方法将43例Ⅲ型慢性前列腺炎给予化瘀祛湿冲剂口服,每日1剂,分早晚2次服。疗程2周至4周。结果总有效率为97.67%,治愈率为46.51%,显效率为37.21%,无效率2.33%。患者疼痛评分由9.68分降至2.36分;NIH-CPSI总评分由20.68分降至8.38分,患者满意度为大致满意。结论化瘀祛湿冲剂治疗Ⅲ型慢性前列腺炎安全有效,可明显改善患者的生活质量。Objective Study of chronic prostatitis Ⅲ stasis Qushi granule in treating effectiveness and safety. Method The 43 cases of chronic prostatitis Ⅲ give stasis Qushi oral granule,1 dose daily,2 service points sooner or later. 2 weeks to 4 weeks.Results The total effective rate was 97.67%,the cure rate was 46.51%,the effective rate was 37.21%,and the total effective rate was 2.33%. The patients' pain score decreased from 9.68 to 2.36,and the total score of NIH-CPSI was from 20.68 to 8.38. Conclusion Chronic prostatitis is effective and safe in the treatment of type Ⅲ stasis Qushi granule,can significantly improve the quality of life of patients.
