用清洗效果测试指示物监测腹腔镜两种清洗方法的效果探讨

摘　　要：目的:用清洗效果测试指示物监测腹腔镜手工清洗和手工加超声清洗两种方法的清洗效果进行评价。方法:选取腹腔镜器械300件,随机分A.B两组,每组每样器械各50件。清洗中加用效果测试指示物,监测腹腔镜A组手工清洗和B组手工加超声清洗的清洗效果。结果:二组实验组145例,清洗达标后细菌培养阳性39例(26.9%),对照组154例,清洗达标后细菌培养阳性25例(16.2%)。组间比较差异具有统计学意义(P=0.025)。结论:新方法,简便、易行、快捷、没有增加人力,容易推广。清洗洁净率提高21.3%。在保证清洗质量的同时,也缩短连台手术的时间。Objective: To evaluate the effect of two methods in laparoscope cleaning with STF monitor which one is by manual cleaning and the other is by manual mixed ultrasonic cleaning.Method:300 laparoscope instruments were chosen,which were divided into two groups randomly,and each group had 50 pieces of type. The laparoscope instruments were cleaned whit STF monitor in both groups,which of the group A were cleaned by method of manual,and which of the group B were cleaned by method of manual mixed ultrasonic. Result: Experimental group has 145 cases,of which the positive rate of bacterial culture is 26.9%(39 cases)after the cleaning has reached the standard. Control group has 154 cases,of which the positive rate of bacterial culture is 16.2%(25 cases)after the cleaning has reached the standard.There is statistical significance in the two groups(p=0.025). Conclusion:It is a new method in cleaning laparoscope equipment,which is simple、easy、quick、no more manpower and is convenient to be popularized.The rate of clean is increase 21.3%. The period between operations can be shorten while the quality of cleaning can also be ensured.
