观察补肾益气活血汤对慢性肾衰急性加重期患者血液流变学和微炎症状态的影响

摘　　要：目的对补肾益气活血汤用于慢性肾衰急性加重期患者治疗的效果进行研究,观察分析患者治疗后血液流变学和微炎症状态的变化。方法选取我院2014年-2016年收治的慢性肾衰急性加重期患者60例为研究对象,将患者均分为2组,每组30例。参照组患者进行西医常规治疗,而观察组在西医治疗基础上给予补肾益气活血汤治疗,分别比较两组慢性肾衰患者急性加重期的相关指标变化情况。结果观察组治疗的总疗效显著高于参照组患者(P<0.05);治疗组后观察组患者的血液流指标和微炎症状等指标值水平显著优于参照组患者,组间差异显著(P<0.05)。结论补肾益气活血汤能提高慢性肾衰急性加重期患者的治疗效果,显著改善患者的血流变学指标,降低炎症症状。Objective To study the effect of Bushen Yiqi Huoxue Decoction on the treatment of chronic renal failure at acute exacerbation stage, and observe the changes of Hemorheology and micro inflammatory state after treatment. Methods 60 patients with acute exacerbation of chronic renal failure treated in our hospital from 2014 to 2016 were selected as the research subjects, and the patients were divided into 2 groups, 30 cases in each group. The patients in the reference group received routine western medicine treatment, while the observation group was treated with Bushen Yiqi Huoxue Decoction on the basis of Western medicine treatment. The indexes of the two groups of chronic renal failure patients in the acute exacerbation stage were compared. Results the observation group the total effect of treatment was significantly higher than that of the reference group of patients(P<0.05); the treatment group after the observation group of patients with blood flow index and inflammatory symptoms index were significantly better than the reference group of patients, a statistically significant difference between groups(P<0.05). Conclusion Bushen Yiqi Huoxue Decoction can improve the treatment effect of patients with acute exacerbation of chronic renal failure, and can significantly improve the blood rheology index and reduce the inflammatory symptoms.
