益气养阴通络方治疗早期糖尿病肾病的临床研究

摘　　要：目的探索及分析针对早期糖尿病肾病患者采用中药益气养阴通络方治疗的疗效。方法选择本院门诊2013年12月-2016年12月间接收的患早期糖尿病肾病的1660例患者,随机分成2组:参考组共830例,确诊后行常规临床治疗;研究组共830例,确诊后接受与参考组相同的临床治疗,同时加用益气养阴通络方联合治疗。治疗完毕后评估2组的疗效,且观察患者的实验室指标变化。结果研究组治疗后的总有效率与参考组相比明显更高(P<0.05);研究组治疗后的尿β_2微球蛋白、尿微量白蛋白及24h尿蛋白定量等指标水平与治疗前、参考组相比明显更低(P<0.05)。结论针对早期糖尿病肾病患者采用中药益气养阴通络方治疗可获良好的疗效,改善肾功能,值得借鉴。Objective To explore and analyze the curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine Yiqi Yangyin Tongluo Decoction in the treatment of early diabetic nephropathy. Methods Group a total of 830 patients were treated with routine clinical treatment; the curative effect of 2 groups was evaluated, and the changes of laboratory indexes were observed. Results The study group after treatment the total effective rate was significantly higher compared with the reference group(P<0.05);the study group after the treatment of urine beta 2 microglobulin and urinary albumin and 24 h urinary protein levels before and after treatment, compared with the reference group was significantly lower(P<0.05). Conclusion The treatment of early diabetic nephropathy with traditional Chinese medicine Yiqi Yangyin Tongluo recipe can get good curative effect, improve renal function, it is worth learning.
