摘　　要：目的研究和分析Prolift盆底重建联合尿道中段悬吊的手术护理配合。方法选取我院在2016年6月至2017年6月接受治疗的30名PFD患者随机划分为观察组与对照组,对对照组实施比较常规化的护理服务,对观察组实施以对照组常规化护理服务为基础的手术护理配合服务。结果观察组的患者满意程度大于对照组,并发症发生率及手术时间也要显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对患者实施手术护理配合的护理方案,可以显著提高盆底功能障碍性患者的满意程度,还可以有效地降低并发症发生率,并且还可以明显缩短手术时间。Objective To study and analyze surgical nursing and cooperation of Prolift pelvic floor reconstruction combined with middle urethral suspension. Methods Choose 30 cases PFD patients treated in our hospital from June 2016 to June 2017, divided them into observation and control group randomly. Control group was treated with routine nursing service, and operation group with surgical nursing cooperation based on routine nursing service. Results Patient's satisfaction degree of observation group was higher than control group, complications incidence of observation group was significantly lower than control group, operation time was significantly lower than control group(P<0.05). ConclusionSurgical nursing cooperation scheme can improve satisfaction degree of pelvic floor dysfunction patients significantly, reduce complications incidence and shorten operation time, which is worthy wide promotion in clinical medicine.
