盆底康复治疗对不同分娩方式产后盆底功能障碍的近期疗效研究

摘　　要：目的探讨盆底康复治疗对不同分娩方式产后盆底功能障碍的近期疗效。方法将本院选取的81例不同分娩方式产后盆底功能障碍病例进行临床研究,随机分为三组,观察各组临床疗效。结果从脱垂分级来看,治疗后三组患者的阴道壁脱垂率、尿失禁发生率均明显低于治疗前(P<0.05),治疗后三组患者的盆底肌力明显高于治疗前(P<0.05),疗效较好。结论在不同分娩方式产后盆底功能障碍的近期治疗中,行盆底康复治疗的效果极佳,有良好的临床应用价值。Objective To investigate the short-term effect of pelvic floor rehabilitation on postpartum pelvicdysfunction in different modes of delivery. Methods Eighty-one cases of postpartum pelvic floor dysfunction withdifferent delivery methods were selected for clinical study. They were randomly divided into three groups to observe theclinical efficacy of each group. Results According to the grade of prolapse, the vaginal wall prolapse rate and urinaryincontinence rate in the three groups after treatment were significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.05). Aftertreatment, the pelvic floor muscle strength of the three groups was significantly higher than that before treatment(P<0.05),and the curative effect was better. Conclusion In the short-term treatment of pelvic floor dysfunction in different deliverymodes, the effect of pelvic floor rehabilitation is excellent and has good clinical application value.
