摘 要:目的观察细节护理对手术室护理质量及手术患者满意度的应用效果。方法选定在本院接受手术治疗患者88例,研究时段自2017年1月到2018年10月,分组原则以护理方式差异性为主,分对照组(44例,常规护理)、试验组(44例,细节护理),比较护理质量和满意度。结果试验组护理人员形象和职业素养评分、术中综合评分、术后综合评分均较对照组高,试验组护理满意度(93.18%)显著较对照组(77.27%)高,P<0.05,符合统计学差异评估标准。结论在手术室护理工作开展中,细节护理可提高护理质量,提升患者满意度,值得借鉴。Objective To observe the application effect of detailed nursing on the quality of operating room care and the satisfaction of patients with surgery. Methods Eighty-eight patients who underwent surgery in our hospital were selected. The study period was from January 2017 to October 2018. The grouping principle was based on the difference of nursing methods, divided into the control group(44 cases, routine care) and the test group(44). For example, detailed care, compare the quality of care and satisfaction. Results The nursing staff image and occupational literacy score, intraoperative comprehensive score and postoperative comprehensive score of the experimental group were higher than the control group. The nursing satisfaction of the experimental group(93.18%) was significantly higher than that of the control group(77.27%), P< 0.05, in line with the statistics.
