整体性护理干预对藏药浴治疗骨关节病患者的依从性与安全性影响研究

摘　　要：目的探讨整体性护理干预对藏药浴治疗骨关节病患者的依从性与安全性影响。方法选取2018年5月至2018年11月我院藏药浴科骨关节病患者60例,按照护理模式的不同分成护理干预组和常规药浴组,每组30例,比较两组患者依从性及安全性。结果护理干预组依从率为96.67%(29/30),常规药浴组依从率为80.00%(24/30),护理干预组依从率显著高于常规药浴组(P<0.05);护理干预组护理服务满意度为93.33%(28/30),常规药浴组护理服务满意度为76.67%(23/30),护理干预组护理服务满意度显著高于常规药浴组(P<0.05);两组均无严重不良风险事件发生。结论采取护理干预对藏药浴治疗骨关节病患者依从性与安全性的效果显著,提升患者依从性,提升藏药浴安全性。Objective To investigate the effect of holistic nursing intervention on the compliance and safety of Tibetan medicine bath in patients with osteoarthritis. Methods Sixty patients with osteoarthrosis in our hospital from May 2018 to November 2018 were enrolled. The nursing intervention group and the conventional medicated bath group were divided into 30 groups according to the different nursing modes. Compliance and safety were compared between the two groups. Results The compliance rate of the nursing intervention group was 96.67%(29/30), the compliance rate of the conventional medicated bath group was 80.00%(24/30), and the compliance rate of the nursing intervention group was significantly higher than that of the conventional medicated bath group(P<0.05). The satisfaction rate of nursing service in intervention group was 93.33%(28/30), the satisfaction rate of nursing service in routine medicated bath group was 76.67%(23/30), and the satisfaction of nursing service group was significantly higher than that in conventional medicated bath group(P<0.05). There were no serious adverse risk events in both groups. Conclusion The effect of nursing intervention on the compliance and safety of Tibetan medicine bath in patients with osteoarthrosis is significant, improve patient compliance and improve the safety of Tibetan medicine bath.
