无痛胃镜下胃黏膜病变剥离切除术的效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨无痛胃镜下胃黏膜病变剥离切除术的效果。方法选取20例胃粘膜病变患者作为案例进行分组对比。常规组应用胃镜下胃黏膜病变剥离切除术。实验组采取无痛胃镜下胃黏膜病变剥离切除术。实验组与常规组在治疗后总结并对比治疗效果以及手术各项指标。结果实验组患者总有效率100.00%,常规组患者总有效率80.00%。两组患者治疗总有效率数据差异突出,组间对比结果有意义(P<0.05)。实验组患者的手术时间、住院时间均显著优于常规组,对比结果达到统计学标准(P<0.05)。实验组患者术后不良反应发生率明显低于常规组,对比结果达到统计学标准(P<0.05)。结论无痛胃镜下胃黏膜病变剥离切除术的效果显著,手术时间短、并发症少、住院时间短,整体优势更加突出,值得推广普及。Objective To investigate the effect of peeling resection of gastric mucosal lesions under painless gastroscopy. Methods Twenty patients with gastric mucosal lesions were selected as a case for group comparison. The conventional group was treated with gastroscopic gastric mucosal dissection. The experimental group underwent painless gastroscopy for gastric mucosal lesion stripping. The experimental group and the conventional group summarized and compared the therapeutic effects and various surgical indexes after treatment. Results The total effective rate was 100.00% in the experimental group and 80.00% in the conventional group. The total effective rate data of the two groups were significantly different, and the comparison between the groups was significant(P<0.05). The operation time and hospitalization time of the experimental group were significantly better than the conventional group, and the comparison results reached the statistical standard(P<0.05). The incidence of postoperative adverse reactions in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the conventional group, and the comparison reached the statistical standard(P<0.05). Conclusion The effect of painless gastroscopy for gastric mucosal dissection is significant. The operation time is short, the complications are few, the hospitalization time is short, and the overall advantage is more prominent. It is worth popularizing.
