老年带状疱疹输液患者的临床特点及护理策略研究

摘　　要：目的探讨老年带状疱疹输液患者的临床特点和相关护理策略。方法对本医院予以输液治疗的60例老年带状疱疹患者实行研究,选于2016年4月至2018年11月,分组法为随机数字表法,一组纳入30例,试验组采用全面护理干预服务,对照组采用常规护理干预服务,对比两组止疱时间、疱疹结痂时间、止痛时间、疱疹愈合时间、有效统计率、护理服务满意统计率。结果试验组止疱时间、疱疹结痂时间、止痛时间、疱疹愈合时间短于对照组相关数据值,表明组间指标明显统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组有效统计率优于对照组相关数据值,表明组间指标明显统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组护理服务满意统计率优于对照组相关数据值,表明组间指标明显统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对老年带状疱疹输液患者实施全面护理干预能够有效缓解其症状,促使其机体康复。Objective To explore the clinical features and related nursing strategies of elderly herpes zoster patients who were treated with infusion.Methods 60 such patients who were treated in the Affiliated Hospital of Chengdu University of TCM were selected for the study between April 2016 and November 2018.They were divided into an observation group(n=30)and a control group(n=30)evenly by random number table method.Comprehensive nursing intervention service was adopted in the observation group while routine nursing intervention service was adopted in the control group.Then the two groups were compared in the aspects of stopping time,scabs forming time,analgesic time and healing time of herpes zoster,statistical effective rate and statistical satisfaction rate with nursing.Results Firstly,the observation group enjoyed shorter stopping time,scabs forming time,analgesic time and healing time of herpes zoster compared with the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Secondly,the statistical effective rate of the patients in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Thirdly,the statistical satisfaction rate with nursing of the patients in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention for elderly herpes zoster patients treated with infusion can effectively alleviate their symptoms and promote their recovery.
