犬齿刮吸头治疗腋臭的效果研究

摘　　要：目的研究犬齿刮吸头治疗腋臭的效果。方法针对在2016年1月至2016年12月,来本院接受治疗的100例腋臭患者进行临床研究,本研究将这些患者,结合治疗方式进行分组处理,分别分成对照组和观察组各50例,为对照组患者采用CO2激光治疗方式,而对于观察组而言,则采用本院就所探讨的犬齿刮吸头技术进行治疗,然后对两组患者治疗效果进行对比。结果观察组患者接受治疗之后,在50例患者中,有47例患者治疗有效,有效率为94.00%,而对照组有效率相对较低,仅为78.00%,经过对比统计显示,两组患者差异显著,有统计学意义(P<0.05),此外,对比两组患者接受治疗后出现的并发症情况,其中观察组主要出现并发症有局部感染、皮下血肿、瘢痕增生等,发生率为4.00%,而对照组在上述并发症上,发生率为16.00%,经过对比后发现差异显著,存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对腋臭患者,治疗采用犬齿刮吸头治疗,临床效果显著,值得广泛应用和进一步推广。Objective To study the effects of canine-shaped scraping-suction head surgery(a kind of minimally invasive surgery used to treat underarm odor,in which a self-made canine-shaped scraping-suction head is a main tool)in the treatment of underarm odor.Methods 100 cases of underarm odor who were treated in Cangzhou Hospital of Integrated TCM-WM from January 2016 to December 2016 were selected for study.They were evenly divided into a control group(n=50)and an observation group(n=50)according to treatment methods.CO2 laser treatment was adopted in the control group while surgery with canine-shaped scraping-suction head studied by the hospital was adopted in the observation group.Then the treatment effects were compared between the two groups.Results Firstly,effective rate of the patients in the observation group was 94.00%after treatment since the treatment was effective for 47 cases among the total 50 cases,higher than 78.00%in the control group.Such difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Secondly,according to comparison of the patients’complications between the two groups after treatment,complications of the patients in the control group mainly included local infection,subcutaneous hematoma,and scar hyperplasia and the occurrence rate was 4.00%while it was 16.00%in the control group.Such difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Canine-shaped scraping-suction head surgery has significant clinical effects in the treatment of underarm odor.Therefore,it is worthy of wide application and further promotion.
