摘　　要：目的研究探讨精细化护理在椎间孔镜治疗椎间盘突出症手术配合的应用效果。方法选取我院收治并行椎间孔镜手术治疗的90例椎间盘突出症患者,随机分成两组,对照组行常规护理,观察组行精细化护理,对比两组患者应用效果。结果观察组患者舒适度、患者满意度、医师满意度均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论精细化护理在椎间孔镜治疗椎间盘突出症手术配合中的应用效果显著,对促进手术的顺利进行以及术后患者的早日康复有着积极作用,具有临床推广应用价值。Objective To explore the application effects of refined nursing in transforaminal endoscopic discectomy of patients with intervertebral disc herniation.Methods 90 cases of intervertebral disc herniation who were treated with transforaminal endoscopic discectomy in Luzhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected for study.They were randomly divided into two groups:a control group in which routine nursing was applied and an observation group in which refined nursing was applied.The application effects were compared between the two groups.Results The rates of comfort,patient satisfaction and physician satisfaction of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of refined nursing in transforaminal endoscopic discectomy of patients with intervertebral disc herniation has significant effects and plays a positive role in smooth surgery and early rehabilitation of patients after surgery.Therefore,it is worthy of widespread application in clinical practice.
