年轻恒前牙外伤冠折的口腔护理体会

摘　　要：目的探讨年轻恒前牙外伤冠折的口腔护理体会。方法在医院2017年8月至2018年9月诊治的年轻恒前牙外伤冠折患儿中选取98例作研究对象,均进行口腔护理:将实行常规护理者设为对照组(n=49),将实行针对性护理者设为研究组(n=49),就2组患儿的治疗成功率、家长满意度进行统计学分析。结果①研究组患儿的治疗成功率97.96%高于对照组的81.63%(χ~2=7.127,P=0.008);②研究组家长满意度100.00%高于对照组的93.88%,但比较差异无统计学意义(χ~2=3.095,P=0.079)。结论年轻恒前牙外伤冠折患儿在口腔护理适宜应用针对性护理干预,可提高患儿治疗成功率及其家长满意度,值得借鉴。Objective To explore the oral care of crown fracture of young permanent anterior teeth.Methods98 child patients suffering from crown fracture of young permanent anterior teeth were chosen for this study from patients who were treated in Xianghe County People’s Hospital from August 2017 to September 2018 and provided with oral care.They were divided into two groups according to the nursing type.Those who received routine care constituted a control group(n=49)while those who received targeted care constituted an observation group(n=49).Then the cure rate and parental satisfaction of the two groups were statistically analyzed.Results Firstly,the cure rate of the child patients in the observation group was 97.96%,higher than 81.63%in the control group(χ~2=7.127,P=0.008).Secondly,the satisfaction rate of the parents of the patients in the observation group was 100.00%,higher than that 93.88%in the control group,but the difference was not statistically significant(χ~2=3.095,P=0.079).Conclusion Targeted care intervention is more suitable in the oral care of young permanent anterior teeth,which can improve the cure rate of child patients and satisfaction of their parents.Therefore,it is worth learning in crown fracture of young permanent anterior teeth.
