肝硬化门脉高压症并上消化道出血诱因分析及护理观察

摘　　要：目的探讨肝硬化门脉高压症并上消化道出血的诱因以及临床护理内容。方法选取2016年6月至2017年6月我院收治的肝硬化门脉高压症并上消化道出血患者共计48例,将其作为研究组,回顾分析研究组患者的发病诱因,并对患者的护理措施及效果进行总结。结果研究组患者的发病诱因分析结果显示,患者发病诱因包括饮食不当、刺激性药物、情绪紧张、上呼吸道感染等,而通过一系列优质的护理干预研究组患者病情基本得到控制,患者出血率明显降低,均顺利出院。结论肝硬化门脉高压症并上消化道出血可能由于药物因素、患者病情以及生活和情绪等多种因素诱发,为了保证患者的生命健康需要在临床护理中针对相关诱因进行准确分析,为患者提供有效的护理干预并注意预防再次出血。Objective To explore the predisposing factors of cirrhotic portal hypertension complicated with upper gastrointestinal bleeding and clinical nursing of the patients.Methods An observation group was involved in this study which was consisted of a total of 48 patients suffering from cirrhotic portal hypertension complicated with upper gastrointestinal bleeding who were admitted to Deyang People’s Hospital from June 2016 to June 2017.The predisposing factors of the patients were reviewed and analyzed and the nursing measures and effects were summarized.Results According to the analysis of the predisposing factors in the observation group,the predisposing factors included improper diet,irritating drugs,emotional stress and upper respiratory tract infection.The patient’s illness was basically controlled through a series of high-quality nursing interventions,the patient’s bleeding rate decreased obviously,and all of them were all successfully discharged by the hospital.Conclusion The predisposing factors of cirrhotic portal hypertension complicated with upper gastrointestinal bleeding include drug factors and the illness state,life and mood of the patients.To ensure the health of the patients,it is necessary to accurately analyze the relevant predisposing factors in clinical nursing,provide patients with effective nursing intervention and pay attention to rebleeding prevention.
