摘　　要：本文对中医导引与按摩的起源、历史发展,以及现代价值进行阐述,以期纠正对导引与按摩的错误认识,同时探讨中华导引与中医按摩在现今社会的发展价值及对策。This paper elaborates on the origin, historical development and modern values of traditional Chinese medical guidance and massage in the hope of correcting the wrong understandings of guidance and massage while discussing the development values and countermeasures of traditional Chinese medical guidance and massage in today's society at the same time.
