摘  要:目的 了解大鼠严重烧伤后胃粘膜细胞胞液中糖皮质激素受体变化对胃粘膜屏障功能的影响。方法 观察大鼠严重烧伤后不同时期胃粘膜细胞胞液糖皮质激素受体的动态变化及胃粘膜电位差变化。结果 严重烧伤后 3小时 ,大鼠胃粘膜组织皮质醇含量明显升高 ,1 2小时达高峰 ,而胃粘膜细胞胞浆内糖皮质激素受体的最大结合容量 (R0 )显著下降 ,平衡解离常数 (KD值 )明显增大 ,伤后 1 2小时、2 4小时胃粘膜电位差显著下降。结论 糖皮质激素受体水平降低可能是严重烧伤后急性胃粘膜屏障功能受损的重要原因之一。Objective To investigate the effect of changes of glucocorticoid receptor(GCR) in cytoplasm of gastric mucosal cells on gastric mucosal barrier following serious burn injury. Methods The dynamic changes of glucocorticoid receptor in cytoplasm of gastric mucosal cells and gastric mucosal potential difference(PD) were studied in rats suffering from 30% TBSA Ⅲ° burn. Results After severe burn injury of rat,the cortisol level in gastric mucosa was significantly elevated,the number and affinity of GCR in cytoplasm of gastric mucosal cells were markedly decreased, meanwhile,gastric mucosal potential difference was rapidly decreased. Conclusion GCR plays an important role in the acute gastric mucosal damage after severe burn injury,and the reduction of GCR level may result in dysfunction of gastric mucosal barrier.
