摘　　要：回顾了转基因动物专利的发展历史,对欧美在转基因动物可专利性之历史演变过程中的几个转折点的成因作 了技术、法律、经济和伦理角度的分析.This paper reviews the process of the patent rights granted to transgenic animals in Unite States and Europe, and analyzes the cause which leads to several turn-points in this progress, in the view of technology, law and ethics.
