摘　　要：针对装备需求论证实践的多样化应用需求,以装备需求论证任务、环节、流程及其信息资源服务为核心,分析了装备需求论证支持系统柔性的概念内涵与主要特征,提出了装备需求论证支持系统柔性设计的目标定位、指导理念、主要内容、遵循原则与实施步骤,建立了装备需求论证支持系统柔性设计的总体框架,为构建具备柔性的装备需求论证支持系统奠定了理论基础。Aiming at the multiple application requirements in the field of equipment requirement demon-stration,the tasks,links,flows and their required information resources are emphasized when designing the equipment requirement demonstration support system.The conception connotation and main charac-ters of the flexibility of the equipment requirement demonstration support system are discussed firstly. Then the design goal orientation,guiding ideas,main contents,following principle and implementation steps for the flexibility of the equipment requirement demonstration support system are put forward.And the whole flexible design framework for the equipment requirement demonstration support system is built, which lays a theoretical foundation for constructing flexible equipment requirement demonstration support system.
