摘　　要：界定了赛博蓝军力量及其建设的概念与内涵,从物理域、信息域、认知域和社会域的行动反应角度建立了赛博蓝军力量建设效能评估指标体系和矩阵描述模型,构建了赛博蓝军力量建设效能矩阵型灰色关联评估模型,最后,通过仿真评估算例进行了验证。结果表明:提出的建设效能评估指标体系和矩阵型灰色关联评估模型是有效可行的。Concept and connotation of cyberspace blue force and its construction are defined.From the action and reaction view of physical domain,information domain,cognitive domain and social domain, the index system of construction effectiveness evaluation of cyberspace operational blue force is set up and the matrix description model is built.Evaluation model based on the matrix grey relational analysis for construction effectiveness is constructed and validated through simulation evaluation examples.The re-sults show that the method proposed is feasible and practical.
