主战装备综合保障通用型IETM设计

摘　　要：针对我军主战装备快速发展所带来的综合保障能力建设面临的新挑战,提出了为主战装备保障部队研制配备通用型IETM的解决方案。分析了主战装备综合保障通用型IETM的6大功能需求,并从业务知识体系、技术架构、功能框架、公共源数据库、主要用户界面、安全管理与控制等6个方面提出了相应的设计方案,紧贴综合保障信息化需求,对主战装备快速形成作战能力具有重要意义。According to the new challenges from the integrated logistic support ability construction caused by the rapid development of main weapon equipment,a solution to develop and allocate the general type IETM for main military equipment support army is presented. Six main functional requirements of the general type IETM are analyzed. The design scheme of its support knowledge system,technical architecture,functional framework,Common Source Data Base( CSDB),main user interface,security management and control is proposed accordingly,which is close to the needs of integrated logistic support informationalization and very important for the main weapon equipment to generate combat capacity rapidly.
