摘 要:为解决金刚石砂轮磨削Si_3N_4陶瓷容易产生堵塞的问题,采用容差检测方法,探究了乳化液的浓度、流速,磨件移动速度,磨削进给量以及砂轮转速对砂轮堵塞的影响作用。结果表明:乳化液浓度越高、流速越快,砂轮越不容易堵塞;机床速度越快、进给量越大,砂轮越容易堵塞;砂轮转速越快,堵塞越严重。To solve the clogging problem which is easily caused by diamond wheel grinding of Si_3N_4 ceramic,tolerance detection method is adopted to explore the influence of emulsion concentration,emulsion flow rate,wheel speed,moving speed of machine and feed amount of grinding on wheel clogging. The results show that: the higher the emulsion concentration is,the less the wheel is prone to clogging; the faster the emulsion flows,the less the wheel is prone to clogging; the faster the machine runs,the more the wheel is prone to clogging; the more the feed amount of grinding is,the more the wheel is prone to clogging; and the higher the wheel speed is,the more serious the clogging is.
