缩宫素联合生化丸治疗药物流产后阴道出血43例临床分析

摘　　要：目的观察缩宫素联合生化丸对药物流产后阴道出血量和出血时间的影响。方法选取服用米非司酮加米索前列醇药物流产者101例,随机分为观察组与对照组,观察组药物流产后给予缩宫素联合生化丸,对照组药物流产后给予缩宫素,比较两组药物流产后阴道出血量及出血时间。结果观察组平均出血天数显著低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组药物流产后阴道出血量大于月经量者显著低于对照组(P<0.05),差异有统计学意义。结论药物流产术后加用缩宫素和生化丸可显著减少药物流产后阴道出血。Objective To observe the effectiveness of oxytocin combined with biochemical pills in the treatment of vagina bleeding and bleeding time after drug abortion.Methods 101 cases of patients aborted with taking mifepristone and misoprostol were randomly divided into observation and control group.Cases in observation group were given oxytocin combined with biochemical pills after drug abortion,cases in control group were given oxytocin after drug abortion.The vaginal bleeding and bleeding time were com-pared between two groups after abortion.Results The average bleeding days in observation group were lower than those of control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05).The a-mount of vaginal bleeding in observation group was lower than that control group after medical abortion, and the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05).Conclusion Oxytocin combined with biochemi-cal pills could reduce the vaginal bleeding after drug abortion.
