摘 要:目的探讨模拟缺血状态下,参麦注射液对家兔离体心室乳头肌细胞跨膜电位的干预作用。方法采用细胞内玻璃微电极记录技术,描记心室乳头肌细胞在正常灌流液、模拟缺血灌流液及模拟缺血灌流液+参麦注射液灌流情况下的跨膜电位曲线,测量RP、APA、Vmax、APD_(50)、APD_(90)和APD。结果与正常灌流液组相比,模拟缺血灌流液灌流后,家兔离体心室乳头肌细胞APD_(50)、APD_(90)和APD明显缩短(P<0.05或P<0.01),Vmax和APA显著下降(P<0.05或P<0.01),RP无明显改变;加入参麦注射液灌流后,APD_(50)、APD_(90)和APD明显延长(P<0.05或P<0.01);RP、Vmax和APA无显著变化。结论参麦注射液能明显影响家兔离体心室乳头肌细胞在缺血缺氧情况下的跨膜电位。Objective To study the effects of Shenmai injection on transmembrane potential of simulated ischemic ventricular muscle cells in vitro in rabbit.Methods Intracellular microelectrode technique was used to record transmembrane potentials of ventricular papillary muscle which were first perfused with normal perfusion solution,then with the simulated ischemia perfusion solution,and finally,Shenmai injection was added.Computer continuous recording method was adapted and the potential changes were simultaneously observed.RP,APA,Vmax,APD_(50),APD_(90) and APD of transmembrane potentials of ventricular papillary muscle cells were measured.Results Compared with those of control group,APA,Vmax,APD_(50),APD_(90) and APD of ventricular muscle cells perfused with ischemia perfusion solution decreased significantly(P<0.05 or P<0.01);RP did not change significantly.With the Shenmai injection perfusion added,APD_(50),APD_(90) and APD extended obviously(P<0.05 or P<0.01);Shenmai injection had no significant effect on RP,Vmax and APA.Conclusion Simulated with ischemia perfusion solution,the transmembrane potentials of ventricular papillary muscle cells in rabbit change significantly.Shenmai injection can obviously affect the electrophysiological changes.
