论我国民办高校的信息公开问题——基于百所民办高校官网的分析

摘　　要：信息公开问题关系到民办高校的可持续发展。文章在分析100所民办高校官网的基础上,发现民办高校的信息公开工作没有达到教育部《高等学校信息公开办法》规定的要求,存在阶段性总结信息少、个性化实质信息少、美化信息偏多等不足。为促进民办高校顺应大数据时代的历史潮流,提升社会声誉,改进内部治理,改善与政府部门的关系,亟须建立民办高校教育教学资源、运营过程与投入产出的全面信息公开内容指标体系,加强信息公开长效机制建设。Information disclosure in non-governmental institutions of higher learning affects their sustainable development.Based on the analysis of the official websites of 100 non-governmental institutions of higher learning, this paper discovers that their for-mality and content do not meet the requirement laid out in the “Information Disclosure in Higher Education Institution”.They have insufficient periodic summary information and personalized essential information, but excessive self-praising information.To promote non-governmental institutions of higher learning to follow the historical trend of the age of big data, to enhance their so-cial prestige, to improve their internal governance and to improve their relations with the government, there is urgent need to es-tablish a comprehensive information disclosure index system containing teaching resource, operational process and input-output, and to build long-term mechanism to strengthen information disclosure.
