摘 要:本论文对苯酚与氯乙酸在碱性条件下缩合制备对氯苯氧乙酸进行了研究。考察了物料配比、反应温度、催化剂用量、反应时间等对番茄灵产率的影响。研究结果表明,当苯氧乙酸与浓盐酸摩尔比为1:9,苯氧乙酸与双氧水摩尔比为1:2.5,催化剂Fe C3l为40 mg,反应温度为60~65℃,并将反应时间控制在3 h,对氯苯氧乙酸产率最高,产率为97.2%。In this paper, which chlorophenoxyacetic acid was prepared from phenol and chloroacetic acid in alkaline condensation was studied.Materials ratio, reaction temperature, catalyst amount, reaction time on yield of PCPA were investigated.The results showed that:the phenoxy acetic acid and concentrated hydrochloric acid molar ratio of 1:9, phenoxyacetic acid and hydrogen peroxide molar ratio of 1:3, the catalyst Fe Cl3 to 40 mg, reaction temperature is 60 ~ 65 ℃, and reaction time control 3h, on the highest yield of p-chlorophenoxy acetic acid, the yield was 97.2%.
