摘　　要：本文对应用型本科专业食品科学与工程的生物化学实验课程体系进行了初步改革。主要对实验教学体系、内容、方法和评价体制等方面进行了初步的探索和实践。结果表明,充分调动学生学习的积极性、主动性,提升了学生在实验教学中的主体地位,培养了学生的主观能动性及综合创新能力,促进学生的全面发展,进而提高了教学质量。The teaching evaluation system of biochemistry experiments was preliminarily reformed through exploration and practice of diversification evaluation mode combinating with teacher evaluation, student self-evaluation and team evaluation. The positivity and initiative of the students were mobilized fully and the dominant position of students in the experimental teaching was enhanced. In addition to, independence and comprehensive innovation capacity of students was trained and comprehensive development of students was promoted. Thereby, teaching quality has been improved.
