摘　　要：在人口预期寿命提高和生育率下降的双重影响下,河南人口老龄化进程加快。河南老龄人口规模庞大,高龄化趋势凸显且城乡老龄化失衡等对河南劳动力市场供需、社会保障制度、消费结构和产业竞争力产生了长期影响,面对这一态势,应积极调整生育政策和渐进式延迟退休政策,完善城乡社会保障制度,转变经济发展方式、促进产业结构和消费结构优化升级,发展相关服务产业、创造新的消费增长点。Under the influence of increased life expectancy and the decline of birth rate,the population aging process accelerated in Henan. The aging population has become the new normal,which will bring the long- term effects on economic and social development of Henan. As one of the largest provinces of the aging population in China,Henan has the problem that how to have the effect on the aging of the population becomes an important issue that needs to be concerned. This paper focuses on the impact of an population aging on the supply and demand of labor market,social security system,the consumption structure and industrial competitiveness.
