摘  要:针对目前镗削加工大口径厚壁管内孔效率和加工质量较低的问题,提出了采用轴向车铣工艺对大口径管内孔进行加工。根据轴向车铣加工工艺的特点,选择了切削速度、每齿进给量、有效切削刃长度等3个切削参数作为设计变量,确立了最大金属去除率的目标函数,依据实际加工条件设计了相应的约束条件,最终建立了切削参数优化数学模型。对于有约束的非线性目标函数,采用了基于MATLAB软件的多维约束优化有效集算法进行了优化求解,得到了最优的切削参数,通过实例验证了优化模型及方法的可行性。In view of the low efficiency and machining quality problem of boring large diameter and thick wall pipe's inner hole,the application of axial turn-milling in processing the inner hole of large diameter pipe is proposed. According to characteristics of the processing technology of the axial turn-milling,in order to improve the metal removal rate of axial turn-milling,determines the milling speed、each tooth feeding、effective length of cutting edge as design variables,establishes the objective function of the largest metal removal rate,according to the list of constraints,cutting parameters optimization mathematical model is established. For a nonlinear target function with constraint,nonlinear target function is optimized based on multi dimensional constrained optimal active-set algorithm of MATLAB,the optimal cutting parameters are obtained,through the example the feasibility of optimization model and method is verified.
