摘　　要：针对209P型客车转向架摇枕机械加工存在的问题,设计出的一套新的工装夹具,基于此夹具对摇枕的加工工艺提出了完整的改进方案。通过验证,证实该方案实用性强、质量有保证,正面加工无需二次找正,能缩短加工时间,进而能大幅度提高生产效率。Design a new set of fixture for machining problems of the 209 P model trains bogie bolster,and propose a set of improved program to the processing technology based on this fixture. Verify the program with experiment,confirm that it has practicability,quality assurance,a positive working without secondary alignment,shorten the processing time,and thus can greatly improve the production efficiency.
