摘　　要：介绍了壳式变压器产品生产中对线圈进行轴向压紧整形的400 t油压机设备的自动化改造过程和技术方法。改造完毕后,油压机压头的加压过程能够实现阶段式的加压、保压、泄压功能,降低加压过程的压力控制误差,进一步提高线圈的整形效果,为壳式变压器线圈轴向压紧工序提供一种操作过程安全、便捷、实用性更强的油压机自动控制系统。Introduces the automate upgrading process and technical method of 400 t oil hydraulic machine which axially compress and shape winding in the production of shell- type transformer. After modification of the pressing routine of the oil hydraulic machine pressure head can achieve phased compressing,pressure holding,and pressure releasing to reduce the pressure control error during the pressing process and further increase the shell- type winding shaping effect which provides a kind of safer,more convenient and more practical automatic control system of oil hydraulic machine for shell- type winding axial compression process.
