摘　　要：以西门子过程控制与现场Profinet总线技术为依托,数控双柱立式车床的自动化控制系统突破了传统选用840D sl数控系统的局限性,将两套SINUMERIK 828D数控系统通过PN/PN耦合器通讯,实现了双刀架同时加工的过程控制,保证了机床加工的高效性及整机的经济性。Based on SIEMENS process control and profinet bus technology,the automatic control system of CNC double column vertical turning machine breaks through the limitation of choosing 840 D sl CNC system conventionally,it takes two SINUMERIK 828 D CNC systems to communicate with PN / PN coupler,accomplishs double head working concurrently,guaratees the high efficiency of machining and economy of machine.
