摘　　要：有些柔性薄壁回转体工件,由于长度较长且壁薄,刚性差,使得某些部位机加工时无法装夹,尺寸加工及测量困难。结合薄壁蒸汽滤网的加工制造实例,在工件上添加工艺辅助结构,既经济又简便、巧妙地解决了此类工件的装夹、加工和测量问题,同时也满足了图纸要求。When machining specific portion of some flexibly thin- wall rotary parts,it's difficult to fix,machine and measure due to its long length,thin thickness and weak rigidity. Focuses on its economical,convenient and ingenious in fixing,machining and measuring the parts through increasing subsidiary process structure on such parts by combining the machining case in thin thickness of steam filtrate,it's also in accordance with the requirement of drawing.
