摘  要:用Pro/E软件建立了DVG850工作台系统的模型,运用ANSYS Workbench对工作台系统进行了模态分析,得到了工作台系统的前10阶固有频率及振型;发现工作台系统的低频率段模态分布过于密集,容易引起共振现象。对工作台系统的结构进行了改进,结果表明工作台系统各阶固有频率显著提高,并且高频率段模态分布明显增多;另外,对改进的作台系统进行了谐响应分析,分析结果与模态分析一致。对工作台进行拓扑优化,结果显示:在减小工作台质量的同时保证了固有频率基本不变。The model of the worktable on DVG850 worktable is created by Pro / E and its model analysis is done by ANSYS Workbench. Then we get its first 10 order natural frequency and vibration mode and find that the intensive description of worktable in low frequency could easily make resonance phenomenon happen. After the improvement of the worktable's structure,the result shows that each order natural frequency of the worktable is improved a lot. And model analysis distributes more in high frequency. The result of the workbench's harmonic response analysis is in keeping with model analysis. The result of topological optimization on worktable shows that the nature frequency remains unchanged when the weight of worktable decreases.
