摘　　要：本文根据行波管返流电子噪声产生机理的分析,建立了返流电子噪声抑制模型,开展了毫米波行波管返流电子噪声抑制的实验研究,实验结果可有效指导低返流电子噪声多级降压收集极的优化设计。According to the analysis of the reflux-electron noise of the TWTs,a noise suppression model of the reflux-electron has been set up in this paper,and the experimental study on suppression of refluxelectron noise of millimeter wave TWT has been carried out.The experimental result can effectively guide the optimization design of the multistage depressed collector of low reflux-electron noise.
