摘　　要：本文主要介绍电子万能材料试验机在真空电子材料研究中的应用。对于高压硅橡胶线、氧化铝陶瓷、金属-陶瓷封接性等力学性能测试,设计并制作了科学合理的试验夹具,使测试结果更加准确、可靠,操作简便。This paper mainly introduces the application of electronic universal testing machine in electronic vacuum material.Mechanical properties of high pressure rubber wire,Al2O3 ceramic and ceramic to metal sealing production were tested by a series of experiments.Designing and making fixtures in this test make its results more accurate,reliable and ease of operation.
