摘　　要：非氧化物陶瓷的优良特性确立了在高新技术领域的广泛应用地位。非氧化物陶瓷在高新技术领域的应用,往往需要与金属接合。本文简述了不同接合工艺对热处理设备的技术要求,并详细介绍了用于非氧化物陶瓷-非氧化物陶瓷、非氧化物陶瓷-金属接合工艺的真空热压烧结炉、真空烧结炉、还原退火炉的主要特点和各项技术参数。Non oxide ceramics have a wide range of applications in advanced and new technology fields for its excellent properties.While in most applications,the non-oxide ceramics need to bond with metals.This paper describes the technical requirements of different bonding process for heat treatment equipment.Main characteristics and technical parameters of vacuum hot pressing sintering furnaces,vacuum sintering furnaces and reducing annealing furnaces are introduced in detail.
