摘 要:目的:分析比较DDR与普通X线胸片对肺部粟粒样病灶的显示情况,评价DDR在显示肺部微小病灶上的可能性。材料和方法:回顾性对照研究普通X线胸片组7188例与DDR组7732例胸部X线检查中粟粒样病灶的检出情况,包括粟粒样病变检出率、单位面积内病灶显示数目及其清晰情况,并作相关统计学处理。结果:DDR与普通X线胸片对肺部粟粒样病变的检出率无明显差异,DDR甚至略优于普通X线胸片;单位面积内病灶显示数目及其清晰度DDR组高于普通X线胸片。结论:DDR对于肺部粟粒样病灶的显示优于普通X线胸片。DDR可完全替代传统X线摄影进行肺部X线检查。Purpose: To compare Direct Digital Radiography (DDR) with film-based radiography in displaying miliary lung diseases, and to evaluate the possibility of detecting minute lesions in lungs by DDR. Materials and Methods: Retrospectively, 7188 conventional chest films and 7732 chest DDR images were studied by miliary lesions detecting rate, the number of miliary lesions within per square cm and the visibility. The data were processed statistically. Results: There was not obvious difference between the detecing rates of DDR and film-based radiography. DDR could display more miliary lesions within per square cm and more clearly. Conclusion: DDR is more splendid in demonstration of miliary lung diseases than conventional film; and can take the place of film-bases radiography in chest X-ray examination.
